- Mr. Dinh Tuan Kiet has resigned from Member of the Internal Audit Committee of the BOD with effect since 12/06/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong has been appointed Chair of the Internal Audit Committee of the BOD with effect since 12/06/2023
