SC5: BOD resolution dated June 14, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the promulgation of amended and supplemented charter according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023 dated June 07, 2023. 2)      Approved the selection of DKF Vietnam Auditing Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
