ADG: BOD resolution on bank loan

The Board resolution dated June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the business plan in 2023: -          Revenue: 470,000 million dongs -          Profit before tax: 45,600 million dongs. 2)      Approved the loan at VietcomBank – Hoan Kiem branch with the credit limit of less than VND70 billion.
