The Board resolution dated June 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved the following issues: 1)      Approved to pay cash dividend for 2022: -          Exercise ratio: 4%/charter capital (400 dongs/share) -          Record date: June 23, 2023 -          Estimated payment time: July 24, 2023. 2)      Approved the selection of AASC Auditing Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
