On June 23, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1054/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBT) as follows: -          Ex-right date: June 20, 2023 -          Record date: June 21, 2023 Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2021-2022 and 2019-2020; Detailed contents: -       Exercise ratio: 100:10 The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares -       Estimated issue volume: 67,318,856 shares -       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down.
