The Board resolution dated June 14, 2023, the BOD of Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved to sign with Saigon Water Corporation (Sawaco) with the following agreements:
To adjust the unit price of VND6,701.01/m3 of clean water wholesale purchase contract in 2022 and 2023.
To adjust the value of the operating assets lease contract in 2022. Accordingly, the adjusted value in 2022 (excluding VAT) will be VND39,586,235,430.
