VCG: Restructuring capital of Vinaconex MEC

On June 15, 2023, Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company issued Decision on transferring capital of Vinaconex Trading and Manpower Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex MEC) with 1,326,000 shares, equivalent to 44.2% charter capital of Vinaconex MEC. After the transfer completes, Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company will no longer own capital in Vinaconex MEC.
