The Board resolution dated June 15, 2023, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: Approve the business result in Quarter 1/2023: -          Total investment: 50,463,000,000 dongs -          Revenue: 11,975,000,000 dongs -          Consolidated profit after tax: (11,187,000,000) dongs. Approve the policy to receive the transfer of 100% shares of Duc Nhi Import Export & Trading – Construction Joint Stock Company to implement the project. Approve the policy to receive the transfer of 60% shares to invest in apartment project at Hung Phu ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho.
