The Board resolution dated June 14, 2023, the BOD of Tien Phong Securities Corporation approved the following contents: Approved Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) to guarantee payment for Tien Phong Securities Corporation (ORS) to borrow capital at ABBank. Approved the loan at ABBank with the maximum value of VND1,400,000,000,000 to supplement working capital.
