Song Da Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Ho Van Dung, Mr. Tran Van Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Mr. Pham Van Quan and Mr. Dang Quoc Bao have been dismissed from their membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 09/06/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thang has been dismissed from his position of Chief of the Supervisory Board with effect since 09/06/2023
- Ms. Pham Thi Cao Thanh and Mr. Tong Quang Vinh have been dismissed from their membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 09/06/2023
- Mr. Tran Van Tuan has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 09/06/2023 as member and 15/06/2023 as Chair
- Mr. Tran Anh Duc, Mr. Dang Quoc Bao, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tung and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 09/06/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thang has been appointed as Chief of the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 09/06/2023 as member and 15/06/2023 as Chief
- Mr. Ha Tuan Linh and Mr. Tong Quang Vinh (concurrent) have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 09/06/2023
