POW: Agreement with PVcomBank

The Board resolution dated June 16, 2023, the BOD of Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company approved the selection of PVcomBank as the bank to implement the guarantee for the Contract dated October 03, 2008 on maintenance, repair of Ca Mau 1&2 Power Plant.
