LUT: Transferring registration, depository data of LUT shares from HNX to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for LUT shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 15,000,000 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 150,000,000,000 VND
From 23rd June 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of LUT shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of LUONG TAI INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY was delisted according to Decision No: 562/QD-SGDHN dated 26th May 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange.
