STG: Receiving the dossier of public tender offer

On June 20, 2023, South Logistics Joint Stock Company received the dossier of registration for public tender offer of PSA Cargo Solutions Vietnam Investment Pte. Ltd in order to increase the ownership ratio of STG from 24.9% up to 30.0%.
