LAW: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate

On June 20, 2023, Long An Water Supply and Sewerage JSC announced Official Letter No. 3712/UBCK-PTTT dated June 15, 2023 by the State Securities Commission on the Company's maximum foreign ownership rate at 50%m, which is valid and adequate.
