Plan for using capital after the offering: Total proceeds from the offering will be used the following purposes: Contribute capital in Tien Phat Dat Real Estate Investment JSC Contribute capital in Phuc Khang Real Estate Investment JSC Supplement working capital. Approved the dossier of registration for share private placement.
