HHV: Approving the result of stock issuance for dividend payment

The Board resolution dated June 21, 2023, the BOF of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance for 2022 dividend payment to existing shareholders as follows: Number of distributed shares: 21,545,901 shares; Of which: -           Number of distributed shares to shareholders according to the rate: 21,545,901 shares for 32,328 shareholders; -          Number of fractional shares: 411 shares (These shares will be cancelled) Total shares after the issuance (June 08, 2023): 329,350,351 shares; Of which: -          Number of outstanding shares: 329,350,351 shares Number of treasury shares: 0 share.
