GMC: Notice of foreign ownership ratio limit

According to the Official Document No.3862/UBCK-PTTT dated June 20, 2023 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Garmex Saigon Corporation (GMC) will be 0%.
