The Board resolution dated June 22, 2023, the BOD of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the plan for selling treasury shares as follows: -          Stock name: Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company -          Stock type: common shares -          Par value: VND10,000/dongs -          Stock code: SZL -          Total treasury shares before the trading: 1,809,100 shares -          Registered volume: 1,809,100 shares -          Purpose: to supplement capital for the Company’s business activities. -          Estimated trading period: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). -          Trading method: put through or order matching.
