On June 21, 2023, South Logistics Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents: The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors. The AGM approved the business result in 2022: -          Total revenue: 2,639,255 million dongs -          Profit before tax: 306,086 million dongs -          Profit after tax: 253,562 million dongs. The AGM approved the business plan in 2023: Separate financial statements: -          Total revenue: 92,943 million dongs -          Gross profit: 37,196 million dongs -          Profit before tax: 21,010 million dongs -          Profit after tax: 16,808 million dongs. Consolidated financial statements: -          Total revenue: 2,990,506 million dongs -          Gross profit: 549,899 million dongs -          Profit before tax: 473,409 million dongs -          Profit after tax: 388,427 million dongs. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022. The AGM approved the 2022 profit allocation: -          Total revenue: 2,639,255 million dongs -          Profit before tax: 306,086 million dongs -          Profit after tax: 253,562 million dongs -          To distribute the profit after tax: Dividend payment: 0% Remuneration: 1,046 million dongs Bonus: 1,775 million dongs Reward and welfare fund (1% profit after tax): 149 million dongs. The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023. The AGM approved the transaction agreements with related parties. The AGM approved the amendment of the Company’s business lines.
