- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Hoa has resigned from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 24/06/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Tung has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 24/06/2023
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Diu has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 24/06/2023
- Mr. Cao Phi Hung has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 24/06/2023
