TCB: BOD resolution dated May 30, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 30, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TCB) approved the agreement of authorizing using location between TCB and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Asset Management Company Limited (Techcombank AMC) at floor 22 zone 2 and floor 23, 119 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi city.
