The Board resolution dated June 01, 2023, the Board of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade approved the plan for bond private placement to increase its capital. Details are as follows: -          Total value of issuance: VND16,000 billion -          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrant -          Currency for issuance and payment: VND -          Bond form: book entry -          Par value: 100,000,000 dongs -          Issuance price: 100% par value -          Bond term: over 06 years -          Offering quantity: 30 batches, Of which: -          Distribution time of each batch: total maximum value of issuance of 16,000 billion dongs -          Estimated issuance: from quarter 2 to quarter 4/2023. -          Plan to use capital from the bond private placement: using for borrowers with the demand of temporary short-term capital.
