On May 26, 2023, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company announced the BOD’s decision as follows: Promulgating regulations of the Audit Committee and Internal Audit; Decided to the change of name from Legal and Internal Audit Department to Legal Department. Approved the agreement of credit limit, loan guarantee and opening letter of credit at Vietcombank – branch South Thang Long with the total value of VND 2,280,000,000,000. Approved the agreement of credit limit, loan guarantee and opening letter of credit at Vietcombank – branch Thang Long with the value of VND 450,000,000,000.
