FCN: Announcement of the transfer of contributed capital

On May 30, 2023, the BOD of Fecon Corporation issued the resolution to approve the transfer of contributed capital in Fecon Manpower Company Limited to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong with the total amount of 1,500,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 100%/ charter capital of Fecon Manpower Company Limited from June 15, 2023.
