CCL: BOD resolution dated June 23, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 23, 2023, the BOD of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation approved the result of transferring shares of Dai Phu Xuan Seafood Wholesale Company Limited with total value of VND38,000,000,000, accounting for 95% charter capital. Accordingly, Dai Phu Xuan Seafood Wholesale Company Limited is no longer a subsidiary of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation from June 23, 2023.
