On June 22, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1098/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of First Real Joint Stock Company (stock code: SZC) as follows: -          Ex-right date: June 27, 2023 -          Record date: June 28, 2023 Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2022; Detailed contents: -       Exercise ratio: 100:2 The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares -       Estimated issue volume: 10,707,572 shares -       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down.
