On June 20, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1076/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Hoa Sen Group (stock code: HSG) as follows: -          Ex-right date: June 26, 2023 -          Record date: June 27, 2023 Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2021-2022; Detailed contents: -       Exercise ratio: 100:3 The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 3 new shares -       Estimated issue volume: 17,941,649 shares -       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled. -       Place of implementation: +        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited. +        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoa Sen Group.
