The Board resolution dated June 27, 2023, the BOD of Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company approved to implement the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows: Approve the audited financial statements in 2022. Approve the 2022 profit allocation. Approve the salary and bonus fund in 2022. Approve the business plan in 2023. Approve the 2023 profit distribution plan. Approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023. Approve the re-appointment of Mr. Nguyen Nhat Thanh Lam as Chief Executive Officer.
