TTA: Payment of 2022 Stock Dividend

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:8 (Shareholders are entitled to 8 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed. The positive difference between the total profit used for stock dividend payment (calculated on par value of 10,000 VND/share) and the total value of shares actually distributed to existing shareholders (calculated on par value of VND 10,000/share) will be retained at the Company's accumulated undistributed profit.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 110 shares is entitled to receive 8.8 shares ((110:100)x8=8.8). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 8 shares. The 0.8 fractional shares will be removed and 8,000 VND will be retained at the Company's accumulated undistributed profit.
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company, Nam Cuom hamlet, Nam Bung commune, Van Chan district, Yen Bai province. Passbooks, ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17th July 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
