PFL: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 120/TB-DKĐĐ-TCKT dated 26th June 2023 of Petro Vietnam Finance Land Joint Stock Company (securities code: PFL), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the change of 2nd payment of 2010 cash dividend of PFL share (record date: 9th January 2012) as follows:
Announced information in the Notice no. 6558/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 25th June 2021 by VSD:
- Payment time: 29th June 2023
Changed information:
- Payment time: 30th June 2025
Reason: In 2021-2022, production and business activities are heavily affected by the Covid 19 epidemic, so the capital  recovery and debt recovery face many difficulties, the divestment work in projects cannot be achieved the proposed plan, prioritize the concentration of capital to maintain and expand production and business. Therefore, the Company has not balanced enough money to pay dividends to shareholders
