SD4: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 140CT/TCKT dated 26th June 2023 of Song Da No 04 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD4), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of 12th payment of 2016 cash dividend of SD4 share (record date: 26th January 2018) as follows:
Announced information in the Notice no. 7100/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 29th June 2022 by VSD:
- Payment time: 30th June 2023
Changed information:
- Payment time: 28th June 2024
Reason: Because debts from investors has not been collected, the Company has not been able to balance financial resources for dividend payment as planned. Therefore, Song Da 4 Joint Stock Company would like to extend the time of dividend payment.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
