On 03/07/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 650/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:

·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: TVC
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
·         Effective date: 24/04/2023
·         Reason: undistributed profit as at December 31, 2022 is negative and the audit organization has an audit opinion except for the audited consolidated financial statements for 2022.
·         Applicable law(s): Point B, C, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
