DVN: Change in personnel

Viet Nam Pharmaceutical Corporation - Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Duc Hung and Mr. Tran Van Hai have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 30/6/2023;
- Ms. Hoang Dieu Linh and Ms. Kieu Thi Minh Hong have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 30/6/2023;
- Mr. Dinh Xuan Han has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 30/6/2023;
- Mr. Tran Duc Hung has been appointed Vice-chair of the BOD for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 30/6/2023;
- Ms. Han Thi Khanh Vinh has been appointed General Manager with effect since 30/6/2023.
