GAB: Transferring registration, depository data of GAB shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for GAB shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 14,903,987 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 149,039,870.000 VND
From 10th July 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of GAB shares from HOSE  to UPCOM
Reason: Shares of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company was delisted in accordance with Decision no. 314/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 30th June 2023 of Hochiminh Stock Exchange
