BSR: Information disclosure about transactions with related persons

On July 04, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 3930/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On July 04, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the list of transaction banks and the list and limits of deposit transaction banks up to June 30, 2024, in which the relevant person is Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcombank).
