TKC: Decision on being put on alert

On 07/07/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 665/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
·         Issuer: Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation
·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: TKC
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
·         Effective date: 11/07/2023
·         Reason: the company has not held the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2023 for more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year.
·         Applicable law(s): Point D, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
