DNM: Transferring registration, depository data of DNM shares from HNX to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for DNM shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 5,253,070 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 52,530,700,000 VND
From 26th July 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of DNM shares from HNX  to UPCOM
Reason: Shares of Danameco Medical Joint Stock Corporation was delisted in accordance with Decision no. 649/QĐ-SGDHN dated 3rd July 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange but still meet the condition that the public company must register on the UPCOM transaction system as prescribed in Article 133 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31st December 2020 of the Government.
