ATB: Notice on stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of An Thinh Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ATB) as follows:
- ATB shares are under alert since 13/07/2023 (Decision No. 684/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- ATB shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure,  the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial statement 2021 as prescribed in Points b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
