ASA: Notice on stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of ASA Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ASA) as follows:
- ASA shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 679/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises and was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 and Audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under Points b and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- ASA shares are under trading suspension (Decision No. 56/QD-SGDHN dated February 13, 2023) as the Company was forced into delisting out of gross violations on information disclosure regulations under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations above.
