BT6: ​Decision on being put on alert

On July 07, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 689/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
- Issuer: Beton 6 Corporation
- Stock code: BT6
-  Securities type: common stock
- Effective date: 13/07/2023
- Reason: The company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Beton 6 Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
