On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Ha Tay Trading JSC’s shares (stock code: HTT) as follows: HTT shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 700/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises and the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion to the FS 2022 under Points c and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
