On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thuan Thao Corporation’s shares (stock code: GTT) as follows: GTT shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 697/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2021 and 2022 and Audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021 and 2022 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure and the owner's equity was negative in the Reviewed Semi-annual FS 2020 under Points a, b and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
