S96: Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Song Da No 9.06 JSC’s shares (stock code: S96) as follows: 
S96 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2019; the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021, 2022 for more than 45 days in the time limit from the end of fiscal yearaccording to the provisions at Point b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
