BII: ​Notice on stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC’s shares (stock code: BII) as follows:
- BII shares are under alert since 13/07/2023 (Decision No. 688/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BII shares are under trading restriction since 30/05/2023 because The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations above.
