TBT: Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC’s shares (stock code: TBT) as follows: TBT shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement of 2017; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2017; the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 for more than 45 days according to the provisions at Point a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
