On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of FLC Group JSC’s shares (stock code: FLC) as follows:
- FLC shares are put on alert from July 13, 2023 (Decision No. 677/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2023 from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, thus classified as on alert under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is only available every Friday from the date of being put out of trading suspension
- FLC share are under trading restriction (Decision No. 473/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023) as the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations above.
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is only available every Friday from the date of being put out of trading suspension
- FLC shares are under trading suspension (Decision No. 79/QD-SGDHN dated February 24, 2023) as the Company was forced into delisting out of gross violations on information disclosure and other cases deemed necessary for delisting by the Exchange or State Securities Commission in protection of investors' interests under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government, thus classified as under trading suspension under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations above
