On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of NGOQUYEN Processing Export JSC’s shares (stock code: NGC) as follows:
- NGC shares are on continued alert (Decision No. 707/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises and the auditor gave qualified opinions to the Audited Financial Statements for three consecutive years and more, thus classified as on alert under Points a and b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- NGC share are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 173/QD-SGDHN dated March 23, 2023) as the owner's equity is negative in the Audited Financial Statements 2022 under Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations above.
