On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of NHV Investment JSC’s shares (stock code: NHV) as follows:
- NHV shares are put on alert from July 13, 2023 (Decision No. 709/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2023 from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, thus classified as on alert under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is only available every Friday from the date of being put out of trading suspension
- NHV share are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 491/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023) as the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations above.
