VC5: Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Construction JSC No5's shares (stock code: VC5) as follows:
- VC5 shares are under alert from 13/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to point 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year
- VC5 shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 496/QD-SGDHN dated 22/5/2023 due to the reason that the company is late to submit Financial Statements 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2021 as prescribed at points b, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
