TIE: Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TIE) as follows:
- TIE shares are under alert from July 13, 2023 due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
